Orders placed with us at Stickmobility.com and shipped outside of the USA are eligible to be returned under our 30-day, 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee, minus shipping costs paid for the original order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCLUSIONS

Sticks that have been modified in any way are not eligible for exchange or return. Sticks that have been damaged or due to misuse and neglect are not eligible for exchange or return.  Please refer to our Stick Care Guidelines below for proper usage and storage instructions.

RETURN PACKAGING

We recommend keeping the box your order is shipped in until you are confident that you will be keeping your sticks. If you no longer have the box it was shipped in and are having difficulty finding a 6 or 7-foot box, we recommend trying to find two 3 or 4-foot long boxes that can be combined to make a longer box.
